What we bring into the room

The package is scoped to the event, not to a rate card. A single-room presentation and a multi-day program need different things, and the walk-through is where that gets settled.

• Audio. Speech reinforcement built around the room, wireless coordinated in advance, and a mix that holds up from the back row.
• Video and presentation. Screens sized to the room, switching, playback and confidence monitors, with slides tested before the doors open.
• Recording and streaming. Capture for later use, or a live feed out to the people who could not travel.
• Crew. Technicians who have worked this property and do not need the room explained to them.
