About RTMP

Our clients are an extension of the RTMP family

Most of our clients hire us once, then make us their go-to AV partner. That relationship grows from the things that matter: fair pricing, people who genuinely care, and a crew that comes prepared to handle whatever the day brings. We intend to be the last AV company you ever need to hire.

LoyaltyYour trust means everything to us. Our clients take care of us, and we take care of them. We honor that bond by showing up as partners, every time.
TrustWe do what we said, at the price we quoted, with the people you expected, on the day we promised
CareWe take pride in delivering quality. Our people hold themselves to a high standard because it is who we are. Integrity is not something we negotiate.

Where RTMP started

There had to be a better way

We are the company you have never heard of and will never forget.

ReelTime Media Productions started because we were sick of watching AV companies choose between two bad extremes: work people into the ground and lie to the client, or bury the show under bloated crews, rigid job lines, and red tape. One side exploited people. The other made everything harder than it needed to be.

We knew there was a better way. Tell the truth. Charge fairly. Put the right people in the room, take care of them, and give them the autonomy to do the work as the situation calls. No bait and switch. No hiding bad work. No games. Treat people right, and they do better work. That’s RTMP.

Our crew

You will not find another team like this one

RTMP is a family-owned and operated company who set out to accomplish one goal: maintain excellence in execution while putting people first. Our clients, our staff, and the people we meet along the way are all first priority. Everyone does better work when they feel valued and supported. We don't operate like other AV companies. We don't take union-mandated smoke breaks every 15 minutes. We show up to get the job done right no matter how long it takes—and we do it quickly! We don't quote you for a 20-person crew call when it could be done by 8 people who are intelligent, willing and efficient. We are doing things differently because we know there is a better way to do AV. We are paving the way and taking you along with us. We LOVE what we do and you will too!

People FirstWe are family here at RTMP. We take care of our crew and clients first and foremost. People driven = results follow.
Calm Consistent SuccessWe expect the unexpected. Things go awry. We handle it with speed and grace—every time.
Pride In Our WorkWe are fulfilled by doing quality work day in day out. Each of us operate with high integrity. We leave the careless work ethic and poor results to Encore.

Who we are

Built for organizations who produce repeat events

Most AV providers have regional coverage only. You find a great team in Chicago, but you are on your own in Nashville. RTMP is built for the client with two, twenty, or two hundred on the calendar — sales meetings, conferences, trainings, and executive programs that are similar or repeat across the country. Sound, video, lighting, presentation, recording, rentals: one team, accountable for all of it. No need to repeat your entire production rundown simply due to a different zip code.
